Dr.
Raymond Smith, PhD Founder and CEO Dr. Raymond Smith has spent the last eighteen years in the foster care/group home systems in California. His expertise includes training, counseling, and social work for behavior modification specialists, administrators and group home owners. His educational portfolio includes a certificate in Early Childhood Development from Contra Costa College, a BA in Humanities, from New College of California, as well as a Masters in Counseling, from the Theological Seminary of Sacramento. Dr. Smith has received several awards from various agencies, over the years, for his professional training services. He has facilitated training classes for groups such as convalescent hospitals; Children's Hospital-Oakland, CA; Oakland's Paramount Theater, Girls Inc. of America, numerous churches and other civic and community events.
