The goals and values of the East Bay Youth Consortium (EBYC) are administered by a group of positive, professional, and skilled individuals who are fully committed to excellence in improving and enhancing the lives of Bay Area youth. The Board oversees the development and implementation of innovative programs and services that compassionately empower, strengthen, and promote the personal goals and dreams of young men and women. The Board of Directors

Faith Jackson: Board President, Master in Administration. Faith is the administrator of a group home; she also has personal contracts helping other companies with payroll, finance issues and audits. Faith is Very active in the community and has a big heart..

Sandy Bennett: Masters in Leadership works at Ohlone College as director of OPS/Care Coordinator. Responsible for the finance department at her church. She has written a book entitled “True Colors”. She conducts workshops and facilitates groups. Sandy believes that we are all “over-comers”, and if you can believe it, you can achieve it!.

Michael Peritz: Member, Retired Educator, A.A., B.A., Standard Secondary Teaching Credential continues working for the West Contra Costa School District. Volunteer Tutor and after school for High school youth.
Special skills in food service prep.

Gail Edwards: Data Manager for Chevron Corporation, A.A. degree in Accounting. Other certificates and awards held for accounting and management. Gail volunteers her time with the Senior Citizen Center and children’s day care. She is always lending a helping hand and doing what she can to help.

Glennie Noste: Therapist/ Inspirational Speaker
Loves working within the community. Glennie has set up empowerment programs to benefit the youth as well as the seniors. Works with multicultural groups and generational programs and is CEO/Founder of “Bringing Generations First Foundation”


Willie Payton: After high school, Willie Joined the U.S. Navy where he served several years and retired. Currently Willie works for the county of Marin were he is well known and respected. Willie has several grand children and has a great concern for their future. He likes working with children and helping them find direction in life.
